• The states will be placed as geographically correct as possible, regardless of the order listed in your notes. If you’d like the states placed in a specific order, please mention that in your notes at checkout.

• please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. once your order is in production no changes can be made

• every mug is made to order and our production time is 3 to 5 business days. We do try to ship out early whenever possible.

• all orders are processed as received, we do not offer rush shipping or processing

• all orders are shipped out DHL, USPS or Fedex

• once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information

• estimated shipping time after fulfillment is 2 to 5 days
